Crowder Construction Co is seeking an Electrical Helper in Winston-Salem, NC. You will set up reel stands, pull wires, and assist in conduit installation and electrical assembly on industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities include assisting in trenching, handling materials, and ensuring safety compliance on site. Requires 1–5+ years of relevant experience and ability to work across multi-state projects.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of verifiable experience as an electrical helper in industrial construction.
• Ability to demonstrate safe work habits in a construction environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety practices.
• Knowledge of NEC requirements for bending conduit.

Responsibilities

• Pull wire through conduit under supervision.
• Prepare ends of conductors for pulling.
• Assist in trench excavation and material handling.
• Assist in assembling and repairing gear, generators and equipment.
• Install wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment.
• Assist in conduit installation and termination of wire.
• Measure, bend and install conduit using hand tools.
