Qualifications

• Must have 1 to 5+ years of verifiable experience as an electrical helper in industrial construction.
• Must be able to demonstrate safe work habits in a construction environment.
• Maintain knowledge of and explain the purpose of OSHA and how it promotes safety on the job.
• Maintain knowledge of and explain the requirements of the National Electrical Code for bending conduit.

Responsibilities

• Set up reel stands and spindles for a wire pulling installation.
• Keep work area clean and free of hazards; report unsafe conditions.
• Pull wire through conduit under supervision; assist in trench and material handling.
• Assist in conduit installation and wiring to lighting fixtures and equipment.
• May bend conduit and assemble electrical components as directed.
