Job summary

Crowder is seeking an Electrical Helper to support field crews on heavy civil projects. Primary duties include setting up reel stands, bending conduit, pulling wiring, and assisting with trenching and equipment installation. Work is on-site with multi-state opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 to 5+ years of verifiable experience as an electrical helper in industrial construction.
• Must be able to demonstrate safe work habits in a construction environment.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA requirements and promote on-site safety.
• Maintain knowledge of the National Electrical Code for bending conduit.

Responsibilities

• Pull wire through conduit with assistance under supervision.
• Prepare ends of conductors for pulling and terminate wiring as directed.
• Assist in trenching, material handling, and equipment assembly/repair.
• May install conduit, connect power to equipment, and measure/bend conduit as needed.
