Crowder is seeking an Electrical Helper to join our industrial construction team in the Southeast region. The role involves setting up reel stands for wire pulling, pulling wires in conduits, and assisting in trenching and equipment assembly under supervision.

Qualifications
- Must have 1 to 5+ years of verifiable experience as an electrical helper in industrial construction.
- Demonstrate safe work habits in a construction environment.
- Know OSHA requirements and how they promote site safety.
- Understand NEC requirements for bending conduit.
Responsibilities
- Set up reel stands and spindles for wire pulling installations.
- Pull wire through conduit with assistance under supervision.
- Prepare ends of conductors for pulling under supervision.
- Assist in trenching, material handling, and equipment assembly/repair.
- Connect wiring to fixtures and power equipment with hand tools.
- May install conduit and terminate wires; operate conduit benders.
