Great Basin Industrial is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors (Foreman and Superintendent) to lead an industrial electrical construction project in Wichita, KS. You will oversee skilled crews, coordinate field operations, and deliver projects safely, on schedule and with high quality.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong industrial electrical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining top safety standards.

Qualifications

Hands-on leadership of electrical crews on industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC and safety standards.
Ability to read electrical drawings and one-line diagrams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical crews on industrial construction projects.
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily field activities to meet schedules.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subs contractors.
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company standards.
Maintain a safe, organized jobsite.
Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen electricians.
