Job summary

SWECS, Ltd. in Childress, Texas is seeking an Electrical Foreman for industrial construction. This on-site role oversees electrical installations, plans and directs crews, and ensures adherence to NEC and project specs on a ground-up build. The position emphasizes safety, QA/QC, and efficient project execution.

You will coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent, manage labor plans, and maintain key logs and drawings while solving field issues across the site.

Qualifications

• TDLR Electrical Journeyman License (minimum).
• OSHA 30 certified (minimum) or able to obtain within 30 days.
• 10+ years of related experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience with installation of medium voltage gear in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations from ground up on site.
• Plan, assign, and schedule crews including Leadman and Journeymen.
• Track project labor and material costs, maintain as-builts, submit reports.
• Enforce safety regulations and manage QA/QC documents.
• Maintain progress drawings, RFI logs, and fixture logs.
• Manage tools, rental equipment, and material staging on site.
