Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical crews on industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and installation practices.
• Thorough understanding of NEC and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews on industrial construction projects.
• Coordinate field activities to meet schedules and production goals.
• Read electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and project documents.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, and company standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and monitor progress.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians.
• Complete daily reports and project documentation.
