Qualifications
- Experience leading electrical crews on industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and installation practices.
- Thorough understanding of NEC and safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical crews on industrial construction projects.
- Coordinate field activities to meet schedules and production goals.
- Read electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and project documents.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, and company standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and monitor progress.
- Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians.
- Complete daily reports and project documentation.
