Job summary

InPwr, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Foreman / Site Superintendent to lead industrial and water/wastewater electrical construction projects.

You will oversee field operations, supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality while driving projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Journeyman Electrician with leadership experience in industrial settings and familiarity with SCADA/PLC systems, blueprints, and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Journeyman Electrician with leadership as Foreman/ Superintendent.
• Experience in Industrial Electrical Construction OR Industrial Water/Wastewater Electrical Construction.
• Experience in Water Treatment Plants, Wastewater Plants, Pump Stations, and process control environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for industrial and water/wastewater projects.
• Supervise electrical crews and coordinate manpower and materials.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence; manage subcontractors and documentation.
