Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Industrial Electrical Estimator in Colorado to prepare accurate electrical estimates and proposals for industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will review drawings, specs, and P&IDs to determine scope and develop labor/material estimates.

Preference for 1+ year in industrial water/wastewater projects. The role requires experience with AccuBid Classic or similar software, the ability to handle multiple estimates, and strong attention to detail in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 1+ year of electrical estimating experience in an industrial construction environment.
• Experience with industrial water/wastewater projects strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical estimating, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and indirect costs.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical drawings, one-lines, plans, and specifications.
• Understanding of electrical and instrumentation scope associated with industrial facilities.
• Experience with AccuBid Classic or similar electrical estimating software.
• Ability to develop complete and accurate electrical estimates from bid documents.
• Experience soliciting and evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction means, methods, materials, and labor requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Experience with AccuBid Classic or similar electrical estimating software is preferred.
• Review drawings, specs, and P&IDs to understand project scope and requirements.
• Develop complete labor and material estimates for bids and proposals.
• Prepare accurate, competitive electrical estimates and proposals for industrial projects.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing to complete bids.
