Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Senior Industrial Electrical Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive electrical estimates for industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of electrical estimating experience, including 3+ years in industrial settings, and the ability to review drawings and P&IDs.

You will develop labor and material estimates, work with vendors, and lead estimating efforts on $10M+ projects, with occasional site visits and a hybrid office

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience in an industrial setting.
• 3+ years of industrial electrical estimating experience.
• Experience reviewing P&IDs, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to develop complete labor and material estimates from bid documents.
• Experience with vendor and subcontractor pricing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive electrical estimates for industrial projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and P&IDs to determine scope.
• Develop labor and material estimates including indirect costs.
• Read one-lines, plans, and specifications for bids.
• Lead estimating efforts on large projects and manage deadlines.
• Visit operating facilities for pre-bid meetings and site context.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor/subcontractor pricing and develop proposals.
• Train junior estimators and support bid forms in Excel.
