You will mount components, perform wiring, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates read schematics, use hand tools, and can stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools and basic electrical assembly tools.
• Understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Physically mount components such as circuit breakers, relays, terminal blocks, PLCs, enclosures; install DIN rail systems.
• Perform point-to-point wiring based on schematics and BOMs; cut, strip, crimp, label, and terminate wires.
• Verify accuracy of assemblies against documentation and perform basic electrical testing.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate with engineering, supervisors, and quality personnel regarding questions or discrepancies.
