Job summary
Phoenix Global seeks an Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls (EI&C) Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex plant automation, instrumentation, and power distribution networks across our Indiana facilities. This role emphasizes preventative maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance to minimize downtime and drive technical improvements in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications
- Industrial Electrician or technical degree; credentials required.
- Minimum 7 years in heavy industrial/manufacturing with progressive responsibility.
- Experience with DCS/PLC and field instrumentation.
- Ability to read/modify electrical schematics (AutoCAD).
- Strong safety and environmental compliance knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, test, diagnose, and repair field instrumentation and power distribution.
- Maintain preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot DCS/PLC and manage HMI systems across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant throughput.
- Document field activities and PM records.
