Job summary

Phoenix Global is seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EI&C) Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex plant automation systems across Indiana facilities. The role emphasizes rigorous preventive maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance to minimize downtime and drive improvements.

Qualifications

Industrial Electrician or Technical Graduate with 2- or 4-year bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing plant environments.

Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, test, diagnose, and repair critical process instrumentation and heavy conveyor equipment.
Maintain and calibrate field instrumentation; minimize downtime and verify measurement accuracy.
Troubleshoot DCS/PLC systems and manage HMI configurations.
Support cross-functional engineering, production, and maintenance teams.
Record and preserve historical PM logs and completion certificates.
