Job summary

The Eaton site in Jonesville, SC seeks an EHS Analyst to partner with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and robust EHS programs.

You will manage data on injuries, environmental metrics, and corrective actions, participate in incident investigations, and support ISO 14001 initiatives while coordinating with the facilities team to sustain safe, compliant operations. This role requires strong collaboration with site leadership, risk assessments, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of experience in environmental, health and safety.
• No immigration sponsorship; no relocation assistance; must reside within 50 miles of Jonesville, SC.
• Preferred: BSc in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental discipline.
• OSHA & Environmental compliance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Works with leadership to complete annual compliance evaluation for EHS regulations.
• Uses EHS data platforms to manage injuries, environmental metrics, risk assessments, action items.
• Ensures key EHS controls are in place and on PM program, timely action closure.
• Supports security, ergonomic, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinates IH assessments and employee medical evaluations.
• Attends incident investigations and manages corrective actions closure.
• Assists with layered process audits and ISO 14001 actions.
• Supports Emergency Response Team.
