Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate risk assessments and establish EHS objectives and targets.
• Maintain site certifications and ensure accurate EHS reporting of metrics.
• Lead safety culture initiatives and coordinate with government authorities during crises.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance at the site.
• Coordinate plant security and loss control efforts.
