Job summary

TemperPack is seeking a Maintenance E&I Technician in Richmond, VA to ensure production assets are well maintained and operated safely. You will work with Maintenance Manager and Engineering to plan downtime, document logs, and repair equipment.

Required is a HS diploma or GED with vocational training preferred; experience with PLCs, electrical systems, and instrumentation in a manufacturing setting. The job entails long shifts and physical tasks with PPE compliance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Experience with extrusion/lamination machines or comparable processes.
• Familiar with PLC ladder logic and editing.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Plan and schedule downtime; document logs and failures.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA lock-out/tag-out procedures.
