Job summary

Amcor in Neenah, WI is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our maintenance team. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical systems that support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include programming PLCs, maintaining drives and motors, reading schematics, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The role requires a Wisconsin Journeyman license and strong safety discipline.

Qualifications

Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license is required.
Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, drive, and control systems.
Install, modify, and maintain electrical equipment, wiring, motors, and control panels.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs, AC/DC drives, and related control systems.
Support equipment upgrades, new installations, and continuous improvement projects.
Work safely following lockout/tagout, confined space, and electrical safety procedures.
Coordinate with contractors and production teams to minimize downtime.
