Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) invites you to join our Southampton, PA Inside Sales team. You will respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and drive timely orders in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years in electrical distribution inside sales, with strong communication and problem-solving skills; onsite work is required and opportunities for growth abound at USESI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrical distributor inside sales representative preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with basic math and product comparisons; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Onsite work required.

• Provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms; suggest alternative products when needed.
• Manage customer transactions, prepare quotes, and follow up on orders to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Track open orders, backorders, and project statuses to ensure timely customer communication.
• Build strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable and solution-oriented service.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, warehouse, and counter sales as needed.
• Recommend and help implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be located in our Southampton, PA location.
