Job summary

BHDP Architecture in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget and risk. You will provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and drive profitability while managing client expectations and change throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 12+ years in design/architecture, Revit expertise, and strong PM system knowledge. Hybrid in-office and remote options reflect our flexible work mode.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design or related program.
• 12+ years in the design/architecture industry.
• Architectural license or NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Advanced Revit knowledge.
• Advanced visualization: SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion.
• Advanced knowledge of PM systems (VantagePoint preferred).
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of multiple projects and project teams.
• Lead the project team with clear direction and task ownership.
• Manage scope, fee, and timeframe to ensure profitability.
• Update project plans and align staffing with needs.
• Educate the team on deliverables and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate with internal leaders to optimize resource planning.
• Communicate with clients to manage expectations and changes.
