• 6+ years in the design and architecture industry.
• NCARB Record + AXP progress preferred.
• ARE test sections preferred.
• Advanced Revit knowledge and ability to deliver drawing packages.
• Advanced visualization skills with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion.

Responsibilities

• Delivers multiple projects and deliverables on time and to BHDP quality expectations.
• Coordinates with consultants and internal teams; maintains QA+QC discipline.
• Mentors junior designers and leads day-to-day production for portions of a project.
• Identifies issues early and proposes viable design/coordination options.
• Maintains rolling look-ahead and tracks scope, milestones, and risks.
