The DBM leads design, delivery, installation, and integration for industrial and manufacturing clients, managing engineering, automation, commissioning, and project support resources to deliver safe, high-quality, and profitable projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in engineering, construction, or related technical services.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to client requests-for-proposal (RFP), coordinating between client and project team.
• Direct design teams of engineers, architects, designers, and automation professionals.
• Oversee pre-construction/procurement, material procurement, and subcontracting.
• Lead on-site construction, safety, quality, and cost management to meet schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, safety reports, and progress updates.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain client relationships.
