ARCO Design/Build in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager (DBM) to oversee the full lifecycle of design/build projects from idea through to final walkthrough. You will own estimates, schedules, safety, budgeting, design coordination, and subcontractor management while collaborating with clients and internal teams to turn concepts into buildable solutions.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited civil, mechanical, architectural, construction management, building science, or construction engineering undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong interest in the construction process, specifically design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead project facets from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination and cost tracking.
• Deliver accurate, detailed project estimates for execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout with cost-efficiency in mind.
• Coordinate bi-weekly on-site meetings to align teams and track progress.
