The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or construction management and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with a proven track record in large-scale industrial projects and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or related technical services.
• Proven track record of managing teams.
• Experience in at least two of the following markets: Agricultural, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Chemical, Consumer Products, or heavy industrial.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to client RFPs, coordinating proposal development between engineering, automation, and project support resources.
• Lead design team to meet objectives and address questions, clarify contracts, and resolve design issues.
• Direct pre-construction/procurement management, oversee material procurement and subcontracts.
• Oversee on-site construction, safety, quality, cost objectives, and project turnover.
• Build and maintain client relationships and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, safety reports, and progress updates.
• Foster collaboration and innovation, driving best practices and value.
