Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an Industrial Cybersecurity Senior Consultant to manage and contribute to technical consulting projects for critical infrastructure clients. The role blends hands-on security work with strategy, risk workshops, and leadership of delivery teams.

You will assess security postures, develop recommendations, and implement master plan solutions across multiple engagement phases, often onsite with clients in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years in a business/consulting environment.
• Experience applying OT standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
• Experience with OT security-by-design and/or new OT in construction.

Responsibilities

• Assess client cybersecurity posture and develop master plans.
• Lead workshops, data collection, and client interviews.
• Perform asset and vulnerability scanning of networks.
• Apply OT standards and regulatory requirements to programs.
• Develop and defend conclusions and implementation plans.
• Manage complex engagements and delivery teams.
