Accenture Security is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement OT/ICS security solutions with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will work across frameworks, deploy OT tooling, and create detailed remediation roadmaps, while contributing to proposals and service content for ongoing engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in OT/ICS environments.
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience with IC technologies (SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs).
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity experience in OT contexts (vulnerability management, IAM, monitoring, incident response).
• Minimum 3 years with common IC protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Minimum 3 years producing and presenting security deliverables and findings to technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct OT/ICS security assessments against established frameworks.
• Evaluate security posture across Purdue Model layers and identify gaps.
• Deploy OT‑native security tooling and asset discovery platforms.
• Perform OT threat hunting, IOC analysis, and incident response support.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Support OT security program development with governance and policies.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, system integrators, and OEMs.
• Contribute as SME on OT security pursuits and RFP responses.
• Contribute reusable assets and delivery excellence across engagements.
