Job summary

Emerson Electric Co. is seeking a Product Security and Data Communications Manager to lead cybersecurity processes for CPS/SCADA and industrial communications across IT/OT. You will guide governance, incident response, and regulatory compliance while shaping product security roadmaps.

You will manage third-party security solutions and coordinate with stakeholders to strengthen security and resilience across Emerson's IACS offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer engineering, CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive cybersecurity experience for operations and incident response.
• Proven leadership experience and people management skills.
• Background in industrial networking, data communications, automation, or related fields.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, Vulnerability Management, and NERC-CIP.
• Experience with process and product certifications (SAFETY Act, IEC 62443).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead product cybersecurity strategy, governance, and secure development across portfolio.
• Oversee vulnerability management, testing, incident response coordination, and risk mitigation.
• Manage third-party cybersecurity solutions and vendor integration.
• Drive compliance and certification initiatives for IEC 62443 and regulations.
• Provide leadership for industrial communications architectures across OT and IT.
• Partner with stakeholders to advance security objectives and roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop a cybersecurity and communications team.
