Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• 0-2+ years of relevant experience
• Be able to travel up to 80% of the time
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge on Emerson products through training and hands-on experience
• Analyze and solve engineering problems related to cybersecurity systems
• Assist in complex engineering assignments under supervision
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships focusing on satisfaction
• Participate in writing, reviewing, and revising field procedures
• Participate in team assignments for problem resolution and product testing
• Provide complete and timely reports on activities and customer feedback
