Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced cybersecurity architect to design and mature enterprise security across IT and OT environments. The role involves building frameworks, roadmaps, and technical guidelines while collaborating with IT, OT, and business teams to mitigate risks and ensure uptime.

The candidate should have 5+ years in security architecture, strong knowledge of network and cloud security, and hands-on experience securing ICS/OT environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including enterprise security architecture, security engineering, or solution design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise cybersecurity architectures aligned with objectives, requirements, and security best practices.
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, policies, standards, reference architectures, and technical guidelines across IT and OT environments.
• Develop roadmaps and strategies to strengthen security maturity and address evolving threats.
• Collaborate with IT, OT, infrastructure, engineering, and business teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement controls.
• Design and oversee network and cloud security solutions to protect enterprise infrastructure and connected systems.
• Assess cybersecurity risks for ICS/OT and industrial networks, balancing security with uptime and continuity.
• Translate risks into clear architectural recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support security improvements and foster cross-department collaboration.
