Job summary

Swagelok Southeast Texas is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist- Industrial to join our Sales team in the Houston area. You will handle orders, quotes, product information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will work closely with outside sales, warehouse, and operations, using SAP Business One and Zendesk to manage records, track shipments, and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Experience with ERP systems required (SAP preferred)
• Zendesk or similar CRM experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Review customer purchase orders for pricing, terms, and accuracy
• Provide product information, availability, and delivery updates
• Track, expedite, and coordinate shipments to meet customer needs
• Process returns, credits, and customer concerns as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Communicate customer needs and sales opportunities to outside sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order or service issues
• Utilize SAP Business One, Zendesk, and other business systems
