Job summary

New Era Technology PH is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial cooling equipment at customer sites. You will work with electrical and mechanical systems, reading wiring diagrams and basic drawings to diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance.

Travel to client locations is required, and you will document service reports after each visit while delivering professional customer service in the field.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and basic drawings.
• Comfort with working on high voltage equipment (200-440V).
• Independently in-field problem solving and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain cooling equipment at customer sites.
