Job summary

Bowen is searching for a Superintendent to lead on-site management for construction projects in Philadelphia County. You’ll ensure effective communication between teams, prioritize safety, and manage workflow on site.

The ideal candidate will have a background in heavy industrial construction with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years construction management and craft supervision experience in industrial sectors.
• Thorough knowledge regarding job cost reports.
• Experience within heavy industrial construction such as water/wastewater or refinery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft employees to ensure management of project site.
• Ensure safety planning is integrated into jobsite operations.
• Handle all aspects of contract administration and compliance.
