MPI is seeking an experienced Superintendent in Philadelphia to lead civil construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. You will oversee daily field activities, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety practices across site crews.

The role requires at least 5+ years in civil construction with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and ability to read plans. A company vehicle or allowance and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role.
• Proven track record overseeing large-scale sitework, utility, or roadway projects.
• In-depth knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents.
• Proficient in field management software, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.
• OSHA 30 certification required; other relevant safety credentials preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.

As a Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role in the field, responsible for the daily coordination and oversight of civil construction projects. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with our company's high standards for quality, safety, and performance.
