Qualifications

• Experience as Site Superintendent, Field Superintendent, or Senior Foreman
• Strong background in civil/site work (utilities, grading, excavation, paving)
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations
• Comfortable in a union environment (superintendent role is non-union)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on excavation and site development projects
• Lead crews of approximately 3-15 union operators and laborers
• Direct and coordinate work involving: Site utilities, Storm sewer, Grading and earthwork, Asphalt paving, Layout and site coordination
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and work sequencing
• Move between projects as work progresses across the Greater Philadelphia area
