Job summary

Optimum Energy Co LLC is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial/industrial construction projects on-site. You will lead all disciplines, supervise subcontractors, manage budgets, and drive safety and quality across the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with owners, engineers, and architects, ensure adherence to drawings, schedules, and documents, and work to maximize productivity and margins while mitigating project risks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of site management experience in non-residential building construction, industrial focus.
• Technical college or trade certification preferred.
• Experience managing on-site field subcontractors and safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of IT terms and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site field subcontractors and construction operations.
• Monitor quality workmanship and code compliance.
• Coordinate quality control inspections and material storage.
• Execute mobilization requirements and maintain site organization.
• Oversee punch lists and ensure documents reflect latest drawings.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost forecasts.
• Lead safety programs, toolbox talks, and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate meetings with owners, subcontractors, and architects.
