Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced field leader to direct on-site activities across multiple trades. You will coordinate foremen, prioritize daily tasks, and resolve access, sequencing, and logistics conflicts to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires enforcing safety standards, coordinating with project teams and customers, and maintaining a professional jobsite. Travel to project sites nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of construction experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and trades from mobilization through startup and closeout.
• Knowledge of industrial or agricultural construction practices and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership and coordinate contractors through foremen or field representatives.
• Establish daily/weekly priorities, conduct coordination meetings, resolve conflicts and site logistics.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Field Execution Leader, customers, inspectors, and vendors.
• Maintain an orderly, professional jobsite with accountability for safety, quality, schedule and execution.
