Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 17 years construction management or craft supervision on a similar project, or
• Associate degree with 19 years experience, or
• High School diploma with 21 years experience.
• Strong understanding of all construction disciplines and the ability to supervise field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative and technical management of field personnel and subcontractors.
• Direct and supervise on-site discipline superintendents and administrative staff.
• Ensure project safety, quality, and compliance with plans and procedures.
• Coordinate with client interfaces and engineering interfaces throughout the project.
• Oversee scheduling, cost control, material control, and subcontractor management.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
