Job summary

You will supervise field construction teams, coordinate with engineers, maintain safety plans, monitor budgets and schedules, and prepare progress reports while supporting startup and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 17 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on a similar project.
• Or Associate's degree and 19 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on a similar project.
• Or High School Diploma/GED and 21 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on a similar project.
• Strong understanding of all construction disciplines.
• Position requires excellent communications skills and supervisory skills of field construction personnel.
• Must be able to meet company's driving requirements.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-site administrative and technical management of all field personnel, subcontractors and activities on the project site.
• Direct and supervise on-site discipline superintendents, scheduling, engineering, cost control, material control, and administrative staff.
• Ensure project safety and compliance with Safety and Health Plans through regular audits of PTAs and TSOs.
• Oversee construction to meet design, budget and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering Manager and Discipline Engineers to plan engineering deliverables and resolve field items.
• Develop and implement Project Execution Plans, procedures, and standards with the project team.
• Review subcontractor progress payments and supplier invoices under supervision from the Project Manager.
