Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to support its Industrial unit in Des Moines, IA. The role focuses on developing integrated project schedules, coordinating input from project managers, and guiding baseline and time impact processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in construction scheduling, a degree in construction management, and knowledge of Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years scheduling experience in construction, preferably with a GC.
• LEAN construction principles experience preferred.
• PSP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project schedules and guide baselines.
• Coordinate input from project managers and across departments.
• Prepare complex time impact analyses and reports for leadership.
• Lead scheduling reviews and mentor team members.
• Participate in pursuit opportunities and create proposal schedules.
