Job summary

Weitz is currently seeking a Schedule Manager I to support our Iowa Business Unit in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role is responsible for leading the scheduling function on complex construction projects, including developing resource-loaded schedules and conducting detailed schedule analyses. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong project management skills. Qualifications

• 5 years scheduling experience, preferably on large-scale projects.
• PSP or PMI-SP certification preferred; OSHA 30 preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the development of complex, resource-loaded baseline schedules.
• Conduct detailed schedule analyses, including variance and float paths evaluations.
• Lead Pull Planning sessions to optimize project execution.
• Develop detailed schedule progress and performance reports.
