Job summary

Stevens Engineers & Constructors has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Project Quality Representative - Industrial Construction to join our Cleveland Operations Team. The Project Quality Representative assist Project Managers and Foremen with knowledge of what and when inspections are to be made.

Qualifications

• Performs inspections and completes inspection forms.
• Inspections may include earthwork/backfill, concrete and/or grout placement, receiving inspections, underground and above ground component placement, M&TE calibration and usage, welding consumables control, weld inspections and welder qualifications, weld tracking and mapping, including any “Red line/ As Built” drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with client's QA, any testing or hold points they are required to be involved with.
• Coordinates with sub contracted NDE and specialty testing personnel of future tests required.
• Involved with and/ or coordinate testing to assure compliance.
• Prepares final documentation for turnover package(s).
• NOTE: when multiple inspectors are needed (due to size of project or various shifts) a Lead will be appointed to assist with tracking, coordinate testing and organize the documents given by the other inspectors.
