Qualifications

• Experience estimating and managing industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related construction software.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Reviews proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope and contents of estimates.
• Prepares estimates by taking off scopes of work and obtaining pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Develops understanding of contract documents including plans, specs and purchase orders.
• Interfaces with the client as primary contact for project setup information and status updates.
• Organizes and executes the project safety program and on-site meetings.
