Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management within the industrial or construction fields.
• Exposure to coordinating facilities design and construction activities.
• Exposure to Construction Contracts including engineering drawings and specifications.
• Exposure to Building codes and construction specifications.
• Exposure to construction safety and Safety Contract Management process.
• Exposure to project budget management including change order processes.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and organize project teams from engineering, finance, purchasing, safety, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage changing priorities and construction schedules across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Oversee site, civil, buildings, and utilities infrastructure from funding approval to occupancy.
• Identify and mitigate scheduling risks with strong problem-solving and communication.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as required.
