Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects across multiple North American sites, including Dallas, TX. The role requires planning, budgeting, and on-site oversight to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience managing projects over $5M, with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD, and Smartsheet, and a PMP certification is advantageous. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of work experience with projects >$5M in process industries.
• PMP certification is a plus; strong proficiency with MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete construction projects on time and within budget.
• Effectively manage schedule changes and coordinate with the team to solve problems.
• Spend time on job sites to oversee progress and address issues.
• Control costs and manage a portfolio of projects from inception to start-up.
• Communicate project risks and progress to internal teams and leadership.
