Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial and manufacturing construction projects in the Little Rock area. The role offers the chance to manage complex programs within a financially strong contractor with a diverse project portfolio and solid backlog.

The successful candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and forecasting while coordinating teams, vendors, and clients to deliver projects safely, on time, and within scope.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial or industrial construction.
  • Proven experience delivering industrial, manufacturing, processing, distribution, or large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead industrial and manufacturing construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful delivery objectives.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to drive safety, quality, and schedule performance.
  • Provide regular reporting on project financials, progress, and key milestones.

Description

Qualified Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead industrial and manufacturing construction projects from award through completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and forecasts
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful delivery objectives
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to drive safety, quality, and schedule performance
  • Provide regular reporting on project financials, progress, and key milestones
Profile

A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial or industrial construction
  • Proven experience delivering industrial, manufacturing, processing, distribution, or large-scale commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Experience managing projects valued from $10 million to $100 million+
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Job Offer

Project Manager package will include:

  • Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
