Stevens Engineers & Constructors seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our Cleveland Operations Team. The role oversees industrial construction projects, coordinating employees, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to lead a team across multiple projects.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of local/regulatory building codes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and maintain effective relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Organize and execute the project safety program on-site.
• Interface with clients as main contact and communicate project status.
• Develop and manage project documentation, subcontracts, and PO’s.
• Plan execution of work, develop schedules, and coordinate with subs and vendors.
• Monitor budgets and report monthly on profitability and progress.
• Prepare, quote, and negotiate contract changes with leadership guidance.
• Maintain communication with support units and local unions.
• Oversee on-site project engineer, superintendents, and office staff.
• Support bidding, pre-construction, budgeting, and continuous improvement.
