Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field preferred.
• Five years of project management experience in construction.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, materials, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all project participants.
• Organize and execute project safety program in line with company policies.
• Interface with client as primary contact and communicate project status.
• Develop and maintain understanding of contract documents, plans, and subcontracts.
• Plan and execute physical work; develop project schedule and long-term plan.
• Coordinate schedule with subcontractors and vendors; monitor progress and budget.
• Prepare and submit informational documents; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project budget and report profitability monthly.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change requests.
• Negotiate contract changes with guidance from General Manager.
• Maintain open communication with support units and local unions.
• Promote goodwill with clients and partners to secure future work.
• Supervise on-site project engineer, field superintendents, and office staff.
