The ideal candidate will lead industrial construction projects, coordinating staff, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of professional construction experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Able to manage a team and multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and maintain effective working relationships with all project participants.
• Oversee safety program and conduct site safety meetings.
• Interface with client as primary contact and manage project setup and status reporting.
• Interpret contract documents and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Develop project documentation, codes, and budgets; plan execution of work.
• Develop and maintain project schedule and coordinate with subcontractors/vendors.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time completion within budget and quality standards.
• Prepare and review invoices and change requests; ensure compliance with contracts.
