Alston Construction is hiring a Project Manager in Tempe, AZ. You will lead and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control and client satisfaction.

The role requires degree in Construction Management or related field, plus experience managing construction projects for a general contractor and familiarity with design-build processes in industrial or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience managing construction projects for a general contractor.
• Design-build experience on industrial, warehouse or manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Review contracts, drawings, and submittals for compliance and constructability.
• Maintain document control and close-out documentation.
• Coordinate with the superintendent to meet goals on safety, schedule and quality.
• Develop and monitor detailed master project schedules and reporting.
• Lead responses to RFPs and site investigations.
