The role requires a degree in Construction Management or Engineering and design-build experience across commercial and industrial projects. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $135,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; experience managing construction projects for a general contractor.
• Design-build experience across commercial/industrial projects including warehouse/distribution, cold storage, and manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate overall management of assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet profit goals.
• Manage contract documents, submittals, shop drawings for compliance and constructability.
• Maintain master project schedule and provide reports on progress vs. contract requirements.
• Coordinate with superintendent and staff to achieve budget, schedule, safety, and quality targets.
• Respond to RFPs and participate in site investigations and preliminary design.
