Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to support industrial construction projects. You will work with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, eager to develop a long-term career in construction project management while handling documentation, coordination, and cost control across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or 4+ years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, methods, drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Understanding of how project teams, field operations, and construction management functions work together.
• Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and construction supervisors in coordinating project activities, schedules, and field operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Track project progress, maintain project documentation, and provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities to support effective cost control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of project-related issues.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, drawings, and change orders to maintain project accuracy and compliance.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and schedules to support construction activities and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams across engineering, operations, field construction, and management functions to ensure stakeholders have the information needed to execute work effectively.
• Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organization, schedule adherence, and attention to detail in a fast-paced industrial construction environment.
